Statue of Liberty, New York
The Statue of Liberty, dedicated to New York by France, in 1886, is a monument commemorating the centennial of the signing of the United States Declaration of Independence. It has featured in many media productions, as the first site of the United States by those approaching New York by sea. It remains iconic amongst the world's most visited tourist attractions.
