Gold Coast is located in the southeast corner of the state of Queensland. It renowned for its marvellous subtropical climate, its unrivalled surfing areas and its canal systems.
Even if it is quite expensive, and can be challenging to get to if you
are not based in Oceania, it is a brilliant surfing spot both for the
beginner and for the seasoned the professional.
2. Jeffrey's Bay, South Africa
We remain in the Southern Hemisphere for the second of our surfing beaches, Jeffrey's Bay in South Africa. Jeffrey's Bay is located in the Eastern Cape, only approximately an hour away from Port Elizabeth. It is perceived, throughout the surfing fraternity, that Jeffrey’s Bay is amongst the best of all the surfing locations in the world and many come every year, particularly in the winter months to enjoy its golden sands and its magical waves.
